Kūpuna Village was developed by St. Francis Healthcare System of Hawaii to meet the growing and changing needs of Honolulu’s aging population. This one-stop health care and whole-body wellness campus is the first of its kind in Hawaii, providing comprehensive services for residents of the Hale O Meleana community as well as visiting seniors and their caregivers.

Kūpuna Village provides Hale O Meleana residents and visitors with:

Hale O Meleana – Enriching Lives.

Part of the St. Francis Kūpuna Village aging adult care and support initiative, Hale O Meleana is an Adult Residential Care and Memory Care community dedicated to helping kūpuna live healthy, fulfilling, and active lives. Our warm and inviting space features breathtaking nature views, hand-selected artwork designed to reflect the relaxed, natural style of our Hawaii location, and access to outdoor walkways, tropical landscaping, themed gardens, and shared spaces perfect for connection to aino, quiet reflection, and interesting conversations with friends and loved ones. 

Hale O Meleana offers residents the right level of care and support, helping them remain active and engaged with renewed confidence. And are there ever ways to engage! Hale O Meleana offers a robust daily activities calendar, a variety of amazing amenities, and easy access to downtown Honolulu.
